Smiles and learnings at the Cinco Jotas Workshops


The Cinco Jotas Tapa Award is cruising right along on its search for the perfect tapa based on the Treasure of Our Heritage, Cinco Jotas 100% Iberian Bellota Ham. Among utensils, smiles and the best Cinco Jotas Master Carvers, young haute cuisine students are joining forces to come up with the award-winning tapa. This time we were able to appreciate the daily efforts of the students from the schools École Hotelière de Bonneveine in Marseille, France, and the University of West London and Westminster Kingsway College, both in the United Kingdom. Our Students - Closer and Closer to Perfection


The workshops are continuing and our most international students’ palates continue to be conquered by Cinco Jotas 100% Iberian Bellota Ham. From East to West, these promising young gastronomists are investing all of their knowledge into creating the best tapa with this Spain's National Treasure - Cinco Jotas 100% Iberian Bellota Ham. This time, we enjoyed witnessing the skills of students from Beijing Jingsong Vocational High School and the Shanghai Institute of Tourism in China as well as from The International Culinary Center in the United States and Swissam Hospitality Business School and Ragout School from Russia.
